Many of you probably know that Android 7.0 includes a Night Mode feature which diminishes the blue light on your screen to help you sleep better. That being said, a similar function has been spotted in a Canary build of Chrome OS, but this time it’s called Night Light.
In order to activate it you would need to run the latest Canary version of Chrome OS, but if you don’t want to switch to a less stable build you should probably just wait for another few weeks. The Night Light feature is expected to arrive in the next stable version of Chrome OS.
If you are already running the Canary version, click on the system tray and then on the toggle icon (which looks a bit like a circular moon) to activate the blue light filter.
